Starting a fitness journey can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to balance your budget. To make this process as stress-free as possible, there are flexible pricing options to suit different needs. Start with a free 15 min call with Mika to get to know her and to ask all the questions you like. From there you will book an in-person consultation that will be the full 55 mins for a one time fee of $45, and you can then choose which plan would suit you best.
Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions for more personalized attention or are open to semi-private workouts, or online virtual training from your home, there are options that offer a more affordable choice, and we will find what works best for you.
All session packages are no commitment, month to month payment plans and all plan expire 2 months after purchase. All sessions are 55 minutes unless specified otherwise.
